Fosch Artisan Pâtisserie
Whether it is for birthdays, holidays or an ordinary Monday, we have sweets, pastries and cakes for all occasions. We strive to highlight Swedish flavours in classical French and Swedish pastries. Founder and creative director Damien Foschiatti's philosophy is to let the flavours speak for themselves. All flavours need to be balanced, and the simplicity is often allowed to shine through.
"I love finding new Swedish flavours that I've never tried before. It's not easy to only use Swedish fruits and berries, but it really helps me to push myself and it makes me a better pastry chef" – Damien ”Fosch” Foschiatti.
In our shops, there's always a selection of individual pastries, macarons and cakes to try out on the premises or for takeaway.
